TERMS OF SERVICE & RENTAL AGREEMENT1. Rental Period: Standard rentals cover a 2-week period starting from the delivery date. Extensions must be requested 48 hours prior to scheduled pickup.
2. Equipment Care: Totes and dollies remain the property of Creative Labor Charleston, LLC. Items must be returned clean and undamaged.
3. Replacement Fees: Unreturned or permanently damaged totes incur a $25/tote replacement fee ($65/dolly).
PRIVACY POLICY1. Collection: We collect Name, Email, Phone, and Address solely to process and deliver your rental order.
2. SMS Consent: Providing a phone number authorizes SMS updates regarding delivery and pickup scheduling.
3. Data Protection: Creative Labor Charleston, LLC never sells or shares your personal data.
